100 Days and Beyond

About Dudley Peacock

I have spent 20+ years in ERP and digital transformation — implementing, optimising, and supporting business systems for mid-market companies across the UK. Along the way, I built not one but four service lines, each applying the same philosophy: build it right in the first 100 days, then stay to watch it compound.

That philosophy became 100 Days and Beyond. It started as a simple observation: every business transformation — whether ERP, CRM, marketing automation, or content — follows the same two-phase pattern. Phase 1 is the build. Phase 2 is where the real ROI lives. Most consultants and implementation partners celebrate go-live and disappear. The winners stay for Phase 2.

The podcast is where I share what I learn running all four businesses. Five episodes a week, Monday to Friday. No guests, no fluff, no theory. Real implementation stories, real numbers, real mistakes. If you are a UK business operator, this is built for you.

Four Businesses. One Operator.

The 100 Days Philosophy

The name is not a countdown. It is a model. Every transformation has two phases. The first 100 days is the build — intense, structured, and finite. The beyond is where the real value compounds — efficiency improves, processes mature, manual work disappears.

Most businesses and most consultants treat go-live as the finish line. It is not. It is the starting line. The companies that win are the ones who plan for Phase 2 before they start Phase 1.

This applies to everything: ERP implementations, CRM rollouts, marketing automation, AI adoption, and even content strategies like podcasting. Build it right. Then stay to watch it compound.

Digital Growth Equity

All four service lines operate under Digital Growth Equity Ltd (DGE) — the umbrella company that provides the operating model, financial governance, and strategic direction. DGE ensures each service line maintains its own identity while sharing the same methodology, quality standards, and commitment to long-term client relationships.
